Temporary CalBlog

For reasons that I hope are painfully obvious, I won’t be sharing my personal information on the Internet. A law that says I must if I want to continue to use social media doesn’t magically make that a good idea. I strongly urge you not to do so either.

So, if the ban comes, I’ll be loudly leaving social media, probably for the last time.

Where can you find me if that happens? In (approximate) order of preference:

1. This blog. Or whatever follows it - there’ll probably be a redirect or very obvious link if I move sites. You can subscribe to the RSS or ATOM feed, and that’ll still be mirrored to the fediverse¹ for as long as RSS Parrot continues to function.
2. I’m on Signal. My username is @Cal.130, just search for me!
3. You can e-mail me via Fulvous Top, the collaborative project I’m a part of. I get all the e-mails so I’ll know if it’s personal and I’ll reply from my private address. Pro tip: webform spam is crazy in this post-AI hellscape, so my anti-spam is very aggressive. If your message takes ages to send and then “something goes wrong”, your message was classified as spam. Maybe just say hi and give me enough info to know who you are, and I’ll reply.
4. I’m on DeltaChat and Briar. I can’t post those links here, they’re time-limited, so maybe email me and ask for a link.
5. I’m on Steam. My friend code is 33306965. My profile name is a single dot. Please let me know to accept your request before you send it.
